The professional grooming tub fully built of stainless steel AISI 304, can be alone the basic equipment of a modern grooming saloon.
It contains four fundamental working tools: tub, liquid aspirator, Turbo and Dryer.
This system is very cheap if compared to the separate costs of these four objects on the market, added to the cost of the structural works necessary for the installation of a tub.
The liquid aspirator annexed to our tub is certainly the most effective on sale; thanks to the industrial turbine which we install (instead of the common engines with brushes), we are able to reach such a pressure to take away all water, even in the presence of buns, felting, too much under-coat or long hair.
While we aspire water from a dog, we can complete the drying of a second dog with the dryer, further reducing the drying times.
In this way we obtain the reduction of the operator strain and less stress for the dog (this is usually appreciated by the customer).
The liquid aspirator operates simultaneously to the dryer; when it is no more use for drying, the aspiration hose can be removed to reduce noisiness and it becomes an air-purifier; the air is always full of dust: it is purified by passing through the filter of the picker tank.
The Dryer hasn't any resistor, but it heats the air to 40 - 45° C / 104 - 113°F thanks to our patent.
When required it can be turned into a Turbo by using the equipped terminals correctly.
The final side of the dryer is endowed with three terminals of different widths: the narrowest one serves to obtain the turbo pressure (the advantage is to have hot air), the intermediate one serves to the normal drying, and the largest one is used for touching up with the brush for drying the animal's head without irritate it.
It is very important to observe that these operations usually require a Turbo and a dryer which absorb nearly 5 Kw/h; with our system we reduce the drying times to the 50%, with only 1,1 Kw/h of absorption, included the liquid aspirator.
It is clear that the operator can reduce the operating costs, increase the profitability together with his margins of profits.
The front panel of the tub is removable to make the entry of big dogs easier; if we remove the panel, the flat bottom of the tub becomes a drying plane in order not to move big dogs to dry them.
The tub is provided with a big grille which makes the water flow faster in the sewers, and a filter which holds the hair back in order to avoid the sewers stoppage.
A three-way valve is set on the drain-pipe: by turning a hand grip it is possible to separate toxic liquids according to the new CEE set of rules.
On the front side there's a little litterbin wing where to put all what comes off the dog during the drying without moving.
The electrical motor hasn't got brushes, but it is an induction motor, so it doesn't need any servicing.
